What does it cost?
Planning the trip is free: where you're staying, getting there, packing, things to do and the day-by-day plan. The Event Pass is $4.99 once for the trip and adds cost splits with tap-to-pay links, the price per person for each place to stay, a budget and private messages. Guests never pay.
Can we vote on where to stay?
Yes. Add a few Airbnb, VRBO or hotel options and everyone can vote. Once you book, the address, bedrooms and check-in times stay one tap away.
Does it work for a day trip?
Yes. Pick Day trip and it sets up one day with the plan, rides and things to do. Long weekends, reunions and week-long vacations work too.
Who's looking after the dog while we're gone?
The Event Pass includes a sitter link: your pet or house sitter gets each day's jobs to tick off and sends you notes and photos. More on sitter plans.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as the trip hasn't started. Email support@organizedoccasions.app.
