Does my sitter need an app or an account?
No. You send them one link. It opens in the browser on any phone, with nothing to download and no password.
What does it cost?
Filling in the plan, previewing it and copying it as text is free. The Sitter Pass is $4.99 for 30 days and gives your sitter their own link with check-offs, notes and photos. It's one payment and never renews.
What if my sitter forgets to check in?
Pick a time each day. If nobody has checked in by then, we send you a phone alert and an email.
Can I use it for more than one trip or a different sitter?
Yes. The Sitter Pass covers as many trips and sitters as you like in its 30 days. Switching to a new sitter costs nothing extra.
Is my alarm code safe on the page?
Codes and passwords are hidden behind a Show button, and only you and the person with your sitter link can open the page. You can turn the link off any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as the sitter plan hasn't started. Email support@organizedoccasions.app.
